My little chicks aren't so little anymore. A couple weeks ago, we moved them from their little brooder into the chicken tractor in our garage. We're having some trees removed soon and their permanent coup will be where our 250' white oak currently grows. The girls don't seem to mind having the garage all to themselves for the time being.
Yesterday I tried out their new feeder that Hubster made and I'm hoping they'll get the hang of it soon. It would be nice not to have to refill their Mason jar feeder daily, especially since that feeder allows them to scratch half the feed onto the ground.
Bucket waterers are next on our list of projects.
It's much too hard to get a picture of each chicken by myself, so you'll have to live with group shots for now. Sorry!

This is the girls' home for the next couple weeks. Originally it was supposed to house 6 broiler chickens, but the weather got so cold I didn't think they'd make it outside all the time. They're still with their 50+ flock until butchering day. The chicken tractor has worked pretty well for transitioning the girls from their little brooder to outside though.
